Recently, tv actress Charu Asopa revealed that being a single mother, she faced a lot of difficulties in finding a house in Mumbai. TV actress Charu Asopa has been living separately from her husband Rajiv Sen along with her daughter Gianna for a long time. Rajiv and Charu, who tied the knot in 2019, had filed for divorce after facing a lot of ups and downs in their relationship. Though they are not divorced yet, Charu is living in a separate house with her daughter. However, she is facing some problems being a single mother, which she has talked about in her recent interviews. 

Being a single mother, Charu did not get a house in Mumbai.

In her recent interview with 'ETimes TV', Charu Asopa recounted the incident when she was denied a house in mumbai for being a single mother. Charu is now all set to shift from 1BHK to 2BHK soon, revealing that finding a home is not easy. Charu told that in search of a good house, he had to step out in the scorching sun every day. 

She said, "From finding a house in mumbai to shifting, it is not easy. I was searching for houses in the scorching heat. Every day I was going out and looked for a good house. It was very difficult." There are two things, first, you are an actress and then you are a mother. That is also a problem. If actors don't get houses in mumbai, where else?"

In the same conversation, Charu reveals that she had liked a house in mumbai, which was denied to her. Elaborating further, she said that when people came to know that she would be living alone with her 15-month-old daughter, she was denied a house. When Charu Asopa took her daughter on a day out with rajeev Sen, she replied on Gianna not being able to speak till now,  To this, she said, "I have faced it as a single mother. I would have liked a flat, but they (the landlords) were very conservative. I learned that being alone with my daughter, Gianna was too much for them. was troubling."

Charu talks about the need to shift to a bigger house

In their conversation, Charu also talked about the need for a bigger house. To this she said, "It is a very small house. I am living in 1BHK. Earlier I thought it was perfect for me and Zianna, but now I feel Zianna has started walking. She Runs without seeing anything and she may get hurt. I am not shifting to a very big house but it is at least 2BHK where there will be a room for her to play.' 

Talking about the work front, Charu has made a comeback on tv after a long time. At present she is shooting for her new show 'Johri'.
