A special CBI court in Mumbai acquitted Sooraj Pancholi in the 2012 Jiah Khan Suicide case on Friday. The late actress’ mother says they will challenge the judgment.After the much-awaited hearing in the case, Rabia’s advocate Shekhar Jagtap said that they are going to challenge the judgment. Reacting to the verdict, Rabia said, “The judgement is not surprising. I anticipated this Our battle is still on. We will appeal.” She also added, “The CBI never took interest in the case.”
