Sub: Order in the matter of Pyramid Saimira Theatre Limited.

In continuation to the Exchange Notice No. 20150331-53 dated March 31, 2015 on the captioned matter.

Now SEBI vide its email dated April 28, 2023 has inter-alia stated that, “all the concerned are requested to defreeze the accounts of Mr. Dinesh Jain (PAN-AHMPJ0333J) and Mr. Gulab Jain (PAN-ADWPJ5518P) that were frozen in respect of the SEBI interim order dated April 23, 2009 in the matter of Pyramid Saimira Theatre Limited”

This Order is effective from the date of the order.

A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.

Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
