Saturday, April 29, marks what would have been the late Leslie Jordan's 68th birthday. To celebrate, the multi-talented man that helped the world cope with the lockdowns of the recent pandemic with his humor, the Circle Network is hosting "Reportin' For Duty: A Tribute to Leslie Jordan."

Filmed at the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville, the event will include a lineup of performers from Eddie Vedder, to Jelly Roll, Maren Morris, Lainey Wilson, Brothers Osborne, Lukas Nelson, Tanya Tucker along with his co-stars Max Greenfield, Mayim Bialik, Jim Parsons and more.

"It’s an honor to be a part of this event, bringing together musicians and actors alike to celebrate such a unique and bright personality," musician Lukas Nelson is quoted on the Circle Network website. "This was such a special evening and I’m so thankful the world will be able to celebrate Leslie alongside us with this incredible tribute. We miss you every day, Leslie."

All proceeds from the evening benefited Epidermolysis Bullosa Research Partnership, the largest global organization dedicated to funding research to treat and cure the disease, the website said, adding the cause was close to Jordan’s heart.

The tribute will air at 9 p.m. CST on Circle Network or livestream on Facebook or YouTube.
