International reality star Kim Kardashian’s lookalike and OnlyFans model Christina Ashten Gourkani died hours after she underwent plastic surgery. The 34-year-old model suffered cardiac arrest in the wee hours of April 20.

A GoFundMe Page has now created a page to raise funds for her funeral, which is scheduled for next week.

The news of her demise was shared by Christina’s family who wrote that they received a frantic phone call at around 4:31 am on April 20 that Ashten is dying. They said they immediately rushed to the hospital to be at her bedside but her health and well-being continued to decline in a downward spiral for the worse after suffering from a cardiac arrest.

The model’s family also stated that a medical operation she underwent ended up being disastrous. Her family recalled her as a kind and loving free spirit who never hesitated to brighten anyone’s day when they came into contact with her. The statement further said her death is being investigated as a homicide related to a medical procedure that took a turn for the worse.

The family hoped that there is a place in heaven for Christina Ashten Gourkani where she can feel the amount of their grief and the emptiness of their broken hearts, that they feel without her in their lives.

The influencer had over 620,000 followers on Instagram and her social media page now features a link to the GoFundMe. Mary Magdalene, a fellow OnlyFans model, was one of the first to pay tribute to Gourkani on the page.

She wrote she doesn’t know her, [but] she would always just randomly see her on Instagram and think she was really pretty but that is so sad she just died from plastic surgery. It is so scary because you really just never know when you’re going to die from [risky surgery].

Gourkani underwent numerous cosmetic procedures, all of which came with hazards that she would have been fully aware of. It is unknown the procedure she had this time that caused her death.

Bollywood actor Chrisann Pereira, who was arrested in a drug smuggling case earlier this month in United Arab Emirates’ Sharjah city, was released on Thursday.

The 27-year-old actor of Batla House and Sadak 2 fame, was arrested in Sharjah earlier this month after they found narcotics hidden inside a trophy she was carrying.

The Bollywood actress was arrested in connection with a drug-smuggling case.

Two suspects have been arrested so far by the Crime Branch of the Mumbai Police for allegedly framing Pereira by planting the drugs on her.

The accused, identified as Anthony Paul, a resident of Borivali in Mumbai and his accomplice, Rajesh Babhote alias Ravi, a resident of Maharashtra’s Sindhudurg district, allegedly hid the drugs inside a trophy which Chrisann Pereira carried to Sharjah.

Meanwhile, a video of the actor’s mother’s reaction to her daughter’s release from prison, has gone viral on social media platforms.

A video posted on Instagram by the actor’s brother, Kevin Pereira, showed their mother shedding tears of joy while dancing and jumping with joy after she heard the news of her daughter’s release from prison.

“Chrisann is SET FREE!!! She will be in India in the next 48 hours”, Kevin captioned the video, showed the unfiltered happiness his mother expressed as she heard the news of her daughter walking out of jail.

After Chrisann Pereira’s arrest, the actor’s family had issued a statement stating they firmly believed that their daughter was framed.

As per the police, investigation into the case revealed that the prime accused, Anthony Paul, had hatched the conspiracy to frame Chrisann Pereira in a drug smuggling case to exact revenge upon her mother Premila Pereira.

A senior official said that Paul and his associate Ravi plotted to send Chrisann to the UAE on the pretext of an audition for an international web series. The two accused then handed a trophy to her with drugs hidden inside while she was on her way to the airport.

There are reports that Bigg Boss 16 contestants Shiv Thakare and Archana Gautam will be seen together on the reality show.

Sharing her excitement about participating in the show, Archana expressed she is thrilled to be back on screens with this stunt-based reality show. She also revealed that her tenure in Bigg Boss 16 taught her the value of bravery, and she is ready to bring the same spirit to the show.

She went on to say that with her humour and wit, she hopes to entertain the audience and inspire them to push beyond their limits. She said she is excited to embark on this journey and emerge victorious.

Describing the show as his dream come true, Shiv Thakare said Khatron Ke Khiladi was always on his to-do list. He is thrilled about facing the ultimate series of khatras in this epic show under the guidance of action guru Rohit Shetty, he said.

Other contestants who are also likely to get participated in the Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 13 are Anjali Anand, Ruhi Chaturvedi, Anjum Faikh, Arjit Taneja, Soundous Moufakir and Nyrra Banerjee.

There are reports that the confirmed contestants might leave the city in May to shoot for the show. This year, the show is likely to be shot in Argentina.

Some reports also suggest that the Rohit Shetty-hosted show will premiere on 17 July on Colors and will air at 9:30 pm, however, there is no official confirmation yet.
