Kota cops file FIR over firing during Eid prayers

Kota: A 36-second video clip of celebratory firing during Eid prayers at the Eidgah in Sangod town of Kota district went viral on social media on Wednesday, prompting the police to file a case against unidentified persons and begin investigation, Kota (Rural) SP Kavendra Singh Sagar said.
Terming the matter as a case of dangerous firing, the SP said that shots were fired with at least three double-barrel guns during the Eid prayers.
In the video clip that went viral, three people can be seen holding a double-barrel gun each. They can be seen sitting at separate places among the people offering namaz at the Eidgah and intermittently firing in the air.
