A Russian missile struck a local-history museum in eastern Ukraine, killing at least one employee, injuring 10 people and trapping others underneath the rubble of the destroyed building on Tuesday, Ukrainian authorities said.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said the strike took place in the center of Kupyansk, a small city in the country’s northeastern Kharkiv region. Sharing a video of soldiers and other officials rushing toward a building reduced to ruins, Mr. Zelensky accused Russia of “doing everything to destroy us completely.”
