EAM S Jaishankar's strong message ahead of Pakistan Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto's India visit

After Poonch terror attack, External affairs minister, S Jaishankar has sent a strong message to Pakistan. He said that it is very difficult to engage with the neighbours who practise cross border terrorism. " We have also said that they have to deliver on the commitment not to encourage, sponsor, or carry out terrorism". Jaishankar said. His remarks come just days before Pakistan Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari's visit to India for the Shanghai Cooperation Organization meeting.
