Dummy racket: 5 more including govt staffer held

Rajkot: The number of arrests in the dummy candidate racket busted in Bhavnagar swelled to 19 with the special investigation team arresting five more people, including one government employee.
Interrogation of the prime accused led to the arrest of Hasmukh Bhatt (27), the talati-cum-mantri of Kerala village of Bhavnagar, Jaydeep Bheda (25), Devang Ramanuj (19), Yuvrajsinh Parmar (23) and Hiren Kumar Jani (21). tnn
