Feeling sluggish on Monday? Anand Mahindra has just the solution to put an end to your Morning blues.
The billionaire shared a video clip, where a determined young man completes an obstacle course rapidly, and coasts through each hurdle with the speed of lightning. He is shown running and jumping with ease, without stopping for a moment. He sprints along a narrow beam, jumps from one course to the other, and climbs rapidly to hit the buzzer.
Sharing the clip, the chairman of the Mahindra Group wrote, that this was how he wanted to start his week. “Well, even if I end up making a few missteps, this is how I will imagine my day going.” He also added that if we visualise our goals and work towards them, they can be made. “ The power of visualisation makes reality possible,” wrote the business magnate. He also added the tag “Monday Motivation” to the tweet.
The clip was originally shared by a Twitter handle named ‘Clips That Go Hard’. Sharing the clip, the channel wrote, “Bro forgot to struggle!” The clip soon became viral on the microblogging platform and gained over 12 million views and 203.7K likes. Mahindra’s post gained about 2,871 likes.
One Twitter user delineated the difference between practise and consistency. “Consistency means doing something regularly and with commitment. It is the ability to stick to a plan and keep going, even when faced with challenges and obstacles. Practice, on the other hand, means repeatedly doing an activity to improve your skills and abilities.”
Another user acknowledged the power of visualisation and wrote that she had visualised her son enrolling in a prestigious institute for his BE course in Mumbai, and it came true. “Yes, visualisation helps. I tried when I visualised my son going in and out of a prestigious college for a BE course in Mumbai, and it actually fructified!
