PANAJI: Hitting out at chief minister Pramod Sawant and Panaji MLA Atanasio Monserrate for covering casino advertisements during the G-20 summit, Congress has accused the Sawant-Monserrate duo of branding the city as a casino destination.
"The Goa government and Panaji MLA Atanasio Monserrate are otherwise in love with the casino industry, but have covered the casino branding with white cloth in their preparations for the G20," said Andrade. "What are you ashamed of showing the delegates?" said Goa Youth Congress president Joel Andrade.
