Region records 747 fresh Covid cases, but Hry sees a dip

Chandigarh/Shimla: The three states of Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh reorted 747 new Covid-19 cases on Sunday, but there were no casualties due to the virus.
For the second consecutive day, Haryana saw a decline in new cases, as it reported only 598 new cases. Active cases in the state came down to 5,382.
According to health bulletin, no new case was reported from six districts. Gurgaon and Faridabad topped the table with 316 and 63 new cases, respectively. Himachal Pradesh reported 42 new cases. Thee are 1,495 active cases in the state. Punjab recorded 207 new cases. This took the number of active cases in the state to 2,101.
