One of Ohio's best girls high school basketball programs has found its next head coach.

Fladung replaces Dr. Scott Rogers, who won over 400 games and five state championships with Mount Notre Dame before stepping down in February.
Fladung has served as an assistant coach at West Clermont for the last four seasons. Last year, West Clermont won an Eastern Cincinnati Conference championship with an undefeated regular season.
"While I could not be more thankful for the opportunities I've been given over the past four years as a varsity assistant at West Clermont High School, I could not be more excited to fuilfill my dreams of not only being a varsity head coach, but being the varsity head coach at a place that means so much to me," Fladung said on Twitter. "This process has been one filled with unwavering support from my family, close friends and coaching colleagues. My wife, Katie, and I are anxiously looking forward to being a part of the MND family! Back home in Reading, Ohio, back home in the GGCL, I can't wait to get started."
Fladung is also the co-founder of She Hoops Ohio, which specializes in "growing the game and promoting all things Ohio girls basketball," according to its website.
Mount Notre Dame, which won its last state title in 2021, has won the Girls Greater Catholic League outright in each of the last five seasons. Last year, the Cougars went 20-5 and reached the Division I district finals.
