After initially saying that no wrongdoing has been found in the land transfer deal between Robert Vadra and DLF, the BJP govt in Haryana has said that the probe is ongoing and no clean chit has been given to any party. An official of the chief minister's office said that the report of the Tehsildar refers to only one portion of the deal where land was transferred from Vadra to DLF, and the report only states that all charges and stamp duty were paid. Other aspects of the deal remain under probe, the official said. However, the Congress has claimed that the BJP used the land deal charges to come to power in the state and after several years it has been unable to find any wrongdoing.
