MP govt will not have any control over activities of temples: Shivraj Singh Chouhan

Madhya Pradesh chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan attended Parshuram Jayanti event at Mahu Vikaskhand on April 22. At the event, the CM announced that government will not control any activities of temples. During the event, Shivraj Singh Chouhan said, "We have decided that the govt will not have any control over the activities of the temples & the auction of temple land will be done by priests & not by collectors...Brahmins have always protected religion & culture, so for their welfare, we will set Brahmin Welfare Board."
