Amritpal Singh brought to Dibrugarh, taken to jail from airport

Waris Punjab De chief and controversial preacher Amritpal Singh was taken to Dibrugarh by flight from Bathinda. As soon as the flight landed, Amritpal Singh was taken to Dibrugarh jail from the airport in a convoy of police vehicles. Amritpal Singh's several aides have also been kept at Dibrugarh jail because intelligence inputs suggest that supporters could repeat the Ajnala-like incident if they are kept in jails inside Punjab. Police has invoked NSA against Amritpal Singh.
