‘Waris Punjab De’ Chief Amritpal Singh was brought to Dibrugarh jail on April 23 after he was arrested from Moga, Punjab. Earlier on April 23, Punjab Police arrested Amritpal Singh under the National Security Act. The pro-Khalistan sympathiser Amritpal Singh was on the run since March 18 after Punjab Police declared him a fugitive.
