Woman, senior citizen among 4 killed in separate road accidents

Nagpur: A 22-year-old woman, Puja Pathe, was killed in an accident on the road between Khapri Square and Panjri village on Saturday morning. Puja was heading towards Mihan when the accident took place. Mini trucker Suresh Kolte was booked by Beltarodi police.
In another incident, Kewju Patil, 85, was killed in a hit-and-run case at Hingna market on Friday. Hingna police have registered an offence against an unidentified motorist.
Dharmesh Vishwakarma, 26, was killed while his pillion rider Rohit Nimbulkar was injured after they were hit by a truck on the bridge in front of a cancer hospital near Jamtha on Friday. Hinga police have filed a case.
On Friday, an unidentified person was hit by a 35-year-old biker Sumeet Dehankar on Amravati Road. The person was declared dead at a private hospital on Saturday. Wadi police have booked Dehankar. tnn
