The JEE Main Session 2 exam was conducted on April 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 15. The NTA released the answer sheet on April 19. Students were told to raise objections by April 21.

As per the government's mandate, a certain percentage of seats in every course in Indian educational institutions are reserved for different categories of students. The Economically Weaker Section (GEN-EWS) is allocated 10% of the total seats. Non-Creamy Layer Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL) are allotted 27% of the seats, while Scheduled Castes (SC) are allocated 15% of the seats. Scheduled Tribes (ST) are reserved 7.5% of the total seats in every course.

There are no age restrictions for candidates who wish to appear in the JEE Main 2023. Those who have cleared their class 12 or equivalent exams in 2021 or 2022 or are currently enrolled and will be appearing for the same in 2023, can participate in the JEE Main 2023 examination, regardless of their age. However, candidates may need to meet the age requirements of the institute(s) they are interested in joining.
To gain admission into NITs and IITs through the JEE Main exam, scoring between the 85th to 95th percentile is considered ideal. A JEE Main score of 250 or above is also deemed good.
Requests for result re-evaluation or re-checking will not be considered, and no correspondence on this matter will be entertained.
To access the JEE-2023 Session 2 Final Provisional Answer Key, visit the official website at jeemain.nta.nic.in. On the homepage, you will find a link for the answer key. Once you click on it, a PDF will appear on the screen. You can then check the answers and download the answer key for future reference.

However, for all other categories, a decline in cut-offs was noticed
The results for the Joint Entrance Examination JEE (Main) - 2023 will be kept on record for a period of 90 days starting from the day the results are announced.
As per NTA, “No grievance with regard to answer key(s) after the declaration of result/NTA Score of JEE (Main) - 2023 will be entertained."
Economically Weaker Section (GEN- EWS) – 10% of seats in every course.
