Sr judge thanks advocates

Kanpur: Justice DK Upadhyaya, senior judge of Allahabad high court on Friday gave special thanks to Pankaj Mishra, Pawan Tiwari and Yogesh Bhasin advocates and the office-bearers of Kanpur Bar Association and the Lawyers Association for their cooperation with the high court to resolve issues with the high court administration.The three advocates Pankaj Mishra, Pawan Tiwari and Yogesh Bhasin were invited by Justice Upadhyaya for preliminary talks in order to break the ice so that the ongoing strike could be withdrawn and normal judicial function could be resumed. He has thanked all for resolving the matter amicably. Advocates of Kanpur Nagar were on strike to press their demand for transfer of the district judge Kanpur Nagar.tnn
