Trading Members are hereby informed that Vinayak Vanijya Limited (scrip code: 512517) have signed the Agreement with both the Depositories.

In this regard, the modalities for settlement of trades executed in the scrip of the Company would be as follows:

1.     The Company scrip would be traded in Trade to Trade Segment for reasons other than non-signing of agreements with both the depositories. However, the trades in scrip would be required to be settled in compulsory demat form.

2.       All trades executed in the scrip would be in market lot of 1 Equity share

3.       Netting will not be allowed in the scrip.

4.       Shortages in the scrip would be directly closed-out.

Further, Trading members are requested to note that Trading in the belowmentioned Company scrip  is currently under suspension and the changed parameters would be applicable on Revocation of the Company.

Trading Members are also requested to note the following revised Group & Market Lot of the security of the Company which will be changed w.e.f.  24th April, 2023 :-
