Five students of Shri Govindram Seksaria Institute of Technology and Science made an anti-sleep alarm model to avoid road accidents in Indore of Madhya Pradesh. The device can be connected to the vehicle’s mechanism and fit into the goggles. It will make a sound when the driver closes his eyes for more than 5 seconds while driving. But if the driver does not wake up, then the wheel of the vehicle will slowly stop. “We have made an anti-sleep alarm in which a sensor is installed, if the driver’s eyes are closed, then buzzer rings and even after that the driver’s eyes do not open then the wheel of the car stops. I was inspired to make this from a bus accident in the Hoshangabad district. It has taken 3 weeks to make it. A total of 5 people made it together,” said the student.
