As of Monday, I have served 22 civil papers for the month of April so far.

I had a tax sale on April 4 at the Jasper County Courthouse and sold 32 properties, which totaled $195,040.45. Thank you to everyone who came out to the tax sale and participated.

If you sell an item to an individual that you do not know, the best thing you can do is meet them in a public place rather than at your residence. You never know when a person might be setting you up to steal valuables.
