The Moto Razr 2023 is coming soon, and Motorola now teases it will have a breakthrough refresh rate. We expect its inner display to refresh at 144Hz, a step above the current crop of folding phones' 120Hz refresh.

That display will likely be a 6.7-inch 1080p panel. The Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 has been tipped as the chip of choice, though a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 is also possible. As for the battery, it will either be close to the 3,500mAh of the ongoing model, or a downgrade in the form of a 2,850mAh battery.

The smaller battery could be a necessity in order to fit a larger outer screen, though a version with a smaller cover screen is on the way too.

Finally, the name itself is unclear. Motorola could go with Razr+ 2023 for this more powerful version or pick a name like Pro or Ultra.

This is literally a copy of Moto Razr 2022 if true. Have Moto really started to rerelease phones too just like other Chinese OEMs? What a crappy year 2023 is for Moto.
