Share price of Godrej Properties falls as Nifty weakens

Shares of Godrej Properties Ltd. slipped 0.96 per cent to Rs 1280.5 in Thursday's trade as of 02:14PM (IST).

The stock hit a high price of Rs 1295.95 and low of Rs 1269.7 during the session.

The return on equity (ROE) for the stock stood at 4.06 per cent. Traded volume on the counter stood at 02:14PM shares and turnover at Rs 2.56 crore around that time.

The stock of Godrej Properties Ltd. quoted a 52-week high and 52-week low prices of Rs 1674.0 and Rs 1005.7, respectively.

The Beta value of the counter, which measures its volatility in relation to the broader market, stood at 1.27.

Promoters held 58.48 per cent stake in the company as of 31-Mar-2023, while foreign investors held 27.09 per cent and domestic institutional investors had 4.54 per cent.

Key Financials
The company reported consolidated sales of Rs 404.58 crore for the quarter ended 31-Dec-2022, up 9.58 per cent from previous quarter's Rs 369.2 crore and up 13.35 per cent from the year-ago quarter's Rs 466.91 crore.

Net profit after tax for the latest quarter stood at Rs 58.74 crore, up 50.81 per cent from the same quarter a year ago.
