Sub: SAT Order in the matter of Banhem Stock Broking Pvt. Ltd. & Ors.

In continuation to the Exchange Notice No. 20230328-60 dated March 28, 2023 on the captioned matter.

The Hon’ble Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) vide its order dated April 27,2023 had inter-alia stated that, as an interim measure, we set aside the directions given in paragraph 51.1 of the impugned order till the next date of listing.

Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
