Future of historic farmhouse, restaurants to try: Today's top stories | Daily Briefing

Hello! I’mErin Glynn and I cover Cincinnati’s suburban counties: Butler, Warren and Clermont. It’s a big region, so many of my stories come from reader tips.
The Enquirer got a tip a few weeks ago about an 1871 farmhouse in Four Mile Creek MetroPark that’s set to be demolished. The house has been vandalized a few times and is a liability for Butler County MetroParks, but there is an effort to save it led by the daughter of former Hamilton mayor and devoted preservationist Ann Antenen. To learn more about the history of the house, the property it sits on and its ties to one of Butler County’s earliest and most prominent families, click or tap here. What's next? The board of park commissioners meets next on Thursday at 8:30 a.m. I’ll be at that meeting so you don’t have to be, and I’ll keep you updated!
