Water supply in these sectors of Gurgaon to be disrupted for 12 hours tomorrow

GURGAON: Water supply in around 30 sectors and colonies of the city will be disrupted for 12 hours on Thursday due to shutdown for maintenance work.
According to GMDA officials, a planned shutdown has been undertaken to carry out maintenance at WTP Chandu Budhera and water supply pipeline at the Sector 51 boosting station, due to which there will be full shutdown from 6am to 6pm on April 20.
The supply from boosting station of Sector 51 largely caters to part of new Gurgaon including sectors 44 to 72 along with DLF-5 and D block in DLF-1. The development authority has advised the residents of these areas to use water judiciously to avoid complete dry conditions.
