Unannounced emergency in India, says Delhi environment minister Gopal Rai

Delhi Environment Minister Gopal Rai on Tuesday said that there is a situation of "unannounced emergency" in the country.Considering the situation, the upcoming Lok Sabha elections are going to take place in a completely different atmosphere, Rai added.Talking to PTI, Rai asserted that they have taken an oath to run the country based on "constitution".Terming the Delhi Excise policy case "fake", Rai said that AAP won the MCD elections with 60-70 seats.Talking about AAP's national party status, Rai said the party is working towards organisation building in the entire country."After becoming a national party, AAP is carrying out organisation building in the entire country. For example AAP is building up the party in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh. We are also taking this work forward in Assam," he added.
