Alipore Zoological Garden made special arrangements to keep animals in the zoo cool amidst the scorching heat. The management at the zoo has installed sprinklers in every enclosure. “The Alipore Zoological Garden animals are given baths twice a day and their diets are also amended and added with fruits and summer friendly food. The Kangaroos are kept in an air cooler. There have been instructions to install water sprinklers in every enclosure. There are total 700-800 animals in the zoo”
