Body found at Nehru Maidan

Mangaluru: The body of a man was found at the Nehru Maidan at 5pm on Tuesday. City police commissioner Kuldeep Kumar R Jain said that the deceased is Janardhan Poojari,45, from Bantwal. There were no external injuries on the body, and it was shifted to a hospital for a postmortem. The police have detained four persons on suspicion of having a scuffle with the deceased, and are probing the case, the commissioner said. tnn
