KDMA outplays IIT-K by 5 wickets

Kanpur: KDMA outplayed host IIT-Kanpur by 5 wickets in KDMA league match played here on Monday.
IIT deciding to bat first scored 193 for 9 in 22 overs. Kuldeep Yadav scored highest 66 runs for his tea, Satnam Singh scalped 4 wickets for KDMA .In reply KDMA hit 196 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in 36 overs. Sudhanshu Chaurasia and Mahi Katiyar contributed 75 no and 42 runs respectively.Ashish Kumar and Shivabalram bagged 3 and 2 wickets respectively.

Archery -- Host St Aloysius High school archers dominated the proceedings of CISCE North Zone archery championship held here on Monday.Around 80 archers of 11 schools appeared in this one day championship which was held in Under 14 & 19 age group of boys & girls. Indian Round, Recurve round and compound round events were held.The meet was inaugurated by Vanita Mehrotra principal Sheiling house school & co-ordinator North Zone)
