    Shares of Ambuja Cements Ltd. slipped 2.44 per cent to Rs 381.85 in Tuesday's trade as of 01:58PM (IST). The stock hit a high price of Rs 394.0 and low of Rs 380.15 during the session.

    The return on equity (ROE) for the stock stood at 7.44 per cent. Traded volume on the counter stood at 01:58PM shares and turnover at Rs 3.27 crore around that time. The stock of Ambuja Cements Ltd. quoted a 52-week high price of Rs 598.15 and 52-week low prices of Rs 315.3, respectively.

    The stock's Beta value, which measures its volatility in relation to the broader market, stood at 1.44.

    Promoters held 0.0 per cent stake in the company as of 31-Mar-2023, while overseas investors held 11.15 per cent and domestic institutional investors had 5.79 per cent.

    The company reported consolidated sales of Rs 8036.46 crore for the quarter ended 31-Dec-2022, up 10.93 per cent from previous quarter's Rs 7244.78 crore and up 4.24 per cent from the year-ago quarter's Rs 7709.61 crore. Net profit after tax for the latest quarter stood at Rs 434.41 crore, up 49.46 per cent from the same quarter a year ago.
