Two arrested in AP for shooting man with country-made gun

Chittoor. Police in Andhra Pradesh, Chittoor district arrested two persons on Monday afternoon for shooting a man with a country-made gun used for poaching. Chittoor district superintendent of police Y Rishanth Reddy said Suresh, a person with a criminal history, was shot at by Rajendra and his friend Manohar after being threatened. Suresh, who was recently convicted in a crime, had settled in Bengaluru but returned on-and-off to his village Madhireddypalle and created aruckus, police said.
