National Conference on Nalanda Buddhism in Arunachal Pradesh sends strong message to China

Leading Himalayan Buddhist leaders organised National Conference on Nalanda Buddhism Tradition in Arunachal Pradesh on April 17. State Chief Minister Pema Khandu also attended the national conference at Gorsam Stupa in Zemithang. This comes amid China’s attempt to standardize the names of 11 places in Arunachal Pradesh One-day National Conference was attended by 45 delegates of revered Rinpoches, Geahes, Khenpos and scholars from different states.35 delegates from various parts of Arunachal Pradesh like Tuting, Mechuka, Taksing and Anini also attended the conference. Undoubtedly, this conference will send a strong message to Beijing which continues to with its nefarious attempts. Chief Minister Pema Khandu talked about the state of Arunachal Pradesh, its diversity and strategic importance.
