VARANASI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Saturday that there are more than 10 reasons to visit Varanasi, his parliamentary constituency. In reply to a tweet showing 10 reasons to visit his Kashi, Modi said Kashi awaits everyone and it will mesmerise all those who visit.
Tagging a tweet from the handle @VertigoWarrior, which mentioned 10 reasons to visit Kashi, the PM tweeted: "I agree, but I'll also add that the number of reasons go well beyond 10. Kashi awaits everyone and it will mesmerise all those who visit."
Among '10 reasons why you must visit Kashi at least once in your life, @VertigoWarrior had included Shree Kashi Vishwanath Jyotirlinga, Ganga Aarti, ghats, bathing in Ganga, boat ride, Sankat Mochan temple, Banarasi chaat, Banarasi paan, Malaiyyo and kullhad tea.
