Ahmedabad records 134 new Covid cases

AHMEDABAD: After a week, the state on Saturday again recorded three Covid deaths, one each from Ahmedabad city, Vadodara, and Valsad.
According to the AMC, the deceased from the city was an 84-year-old man from Bodakdev who was admitted to Sola Civil Hospital for the past few days. He had hypertension and cardiac issues and was fully vaccinated, AMC officials said. In the last seven days, Ahmedabad has recorded six Covid deaths.
Of the 341 new Covid cases reported in the state on Saturday, 134 were from Ahmedabad city, 40 from Vadodara, 31 from Vadodara city. tnn
