Decomposed fish found near Rushikulya river

Berhampur: A large number of decomposed fish have been found near the Rushikulya river mouth in Ganjam district. Fisheries officials on Saturday reached the spot for inquiry and to collect the samples of dead fish. “The samples have been sent to Krushi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) to ascertain the exact cause of the death of fish,” said Subrat Patnaik, additional marine fisheries officer. He said the fish might have died two days ago.TNN
