Atiq Ahmed, Ashraf last rites held in Prayagraj, shooters sent to 14-day judicial custody

The funeral of Ganster turned politician Atiq Ahmed and his brother Ashraf were held in Parayagraj on April 16. The last rites of the duo were performed at Kasrai Masari graveyard. Atiq's son Asad, an accused in the Umesh Pal murder case who was killed in encounter was also buried at the same graveyard on April 15. Heavy police deployment has been done in the burial ground to maintain law and order situation.
