Second phase of caste-based census survey begins in Bihar

The second phase of caste census has begun in Bihar, Patna sub divisional magistrate Kundan Kumar said on Saturday. "Our supervisors will start the survey of caste-based census by going door-to-door. Chief minister Nitish Kumar arrived at his residence at Bakhtiyarpur in Patna district to participate in the census," he said.
