Maharashtra: CM Eknath Shinde meets victims of Raigad accident, calls the incident saddening

Chief Minister of Maharashtra Eknath Shinde reached Mahatma Gandhi Hospital in Kalamboli to meet the victim of the bus accident that took place in Raigad on April 15. Thirteen people lost their lives in the incident.While interacting with the media, he said, “Police is investigating the matter as to how the accident happened. The incident is really saddening. Preventive action will be taken to avoid such incidents in the future.” “Locals and a hiking group is helping the members of NDRF and Police force. The bus was coming from Pune. Till now, 29 people have been rescued and have been sent to the hospital,” said Somnath Gharge, SP, Raigad.
