Ranchi, Apr 15 (KNN) The Jharkhand Industrial Area Development Authority (JIADA) will allot 90 vacant land parcels to entrepreneurs.
It invited tenders from entrepreneurs for allotment of 90 vacant land parcels in the state’s industrial areas to set up their manufacturing units.
On April 11, 2023 the authority issued a notification regarding this.
The land parcels are distributed across 11 industrial areas and have a total land holding of 14,000 acres.
The notice said, “Interested entrepreneurs will be able to submit their bid documents between April 11 and May 28 through the state government’s single window portal. The allotment of land parcels will be done on ‘as is, where is’ basis.”
