House of Orange closed indefinitely for renovations and upgrades, hopes to reopen by fall

Although the online hours for House of Orange list it as permanently closed, the bar and grill in Covington is only closed indefinitely for renovations and modernization.
"Thank you to all our patrons who have shared memories with us over the past few years," a sign posted on House of Orange's door reads. "The House of Orange is closed indefinitely."
Stephen Williams, director of operations with Holland Farms Restaurant Group, which oversees House of Orange, confirmed that the sports bar is not gone for good. Instead, House of Orange is closed for structural modernization, cleaning and other repairs.

"We're definitely planning on reopening sometime in the future," Williams said, although he was not sure if the reopened House of Orange would keep its same concept or go a different, more "family friendly" route.
Williams said they waited to close House of Orange until after March Madness was over and use the slower summer period to complete the work. Their goal is to reopen by the time football season begins in the fall.
