Apr. 13—Colorado Springs police are searching for a missing and at risk teen in the Old Colorado City area.

According to police, 14-year-old Wednesday Phairchyld, who goes by the name "Max," went missing around 3 a.m. Thursday.

Phairchyld was last seen wearing a blue hoodie, gray sweatpants and teal shoes.

Anyone with information on the teen's whereabouts is asked to call 719-444-7000.
