A triple shooting in Virginia Beach has left one person dead and two more with life-threatening injuries.

According to a tweet from the Virginia Beach Police Department, officers were investigating a shooting the 5600 block of New Colony Drive, near StoneyBrook Park.

The tweet, posted at 10:45 p.m. last night, said two injured victims have been transported to a hospital, and there is no suspect in custody at this time.

No other information is available, and the investigation is ongoing.
