Thiruvananthapuram: Education minister V Sivankutty has said that the public can now submit complaints at the taluk-level adalat on holidays at the district offices.
Even though Friday and Saturday are holidays, the offices will be staffed to receive complaints directly, said the minister while speaking at a meeting held at the collectorate conference hall in connection with the adalat campaign.
The public can file complaints on 28 issues in various departments through panchayat, village, municipality and taluk offices and online through Akshaya centre and the portal www.karuthal.kerala.gov.in.
Ministers and high-ranking officials will be directly involved in resolving complaints on a taluk basis. The complaints received every day at various offices will be collected in the taluk monitoring cell by evening and will be forwarded to the district level monitoring cell. Nodal officers have also been appointed in all departments to coordinate these matters. The last date for submitting complaints is Saturday.
