SIPs at an all-time high in March; retail investors’ confidence intact

Equity mutual funds have seen inflows worth Rs 20,530 crore in the month of March, led by thematic funds and on the back of robust SIP flows. The flows were higher by about 32%, compared with Rs 15,567 crore in the preceding month.Investors favoured thematic and sectoral funds in March as they invested Rs 3,928 crore in these schemes.
