 A prescription digital therapeutics company, Better Therapeutics (NASDAQ:BTTX) stock price scaled 8% on Wednesday late hours as the company announced a private placement of ~7.88M shares at a price of $0.825 per share.

Gross proceeds of ~$6.5M, before deducting offering expenses payable by Better Therapeutics.

Net proceeds from the private placement to support the execution of key milestones. 

The private placement is expected to close on or about April 10, 2023.

Sell-side analyst give a Strong Buy rating to the stock.
