Ex-Army man misbehaves with cop, held

Udhagamandalam: The Coonoor police arrested a retired Army man from Kotagiri taluk on Tuesday for outraging the modesty of a woman police constable while travelling in a bus.
According to police, R Dharuman, 56, a retired Army man hailing from Kagguchi village in Kotagiri taluk, was heading to Ooty from Coimbatore in a government bus. A woman police constable, who was returning from Coimbatore, sat on the seat next to Dharuman. He later attempted to outrage her modesty,” a police officer said.TNN
