Fogarty has four!
He’s got it! Fogarty has four and the floodgates have opened.
It’s now a 50-point lead over the Blues, who just can’t keep up.
Crows 17.10 (112), Blues 9.8 (62)
Walker kicks his third
The Crows crack the ton, with Taylor Walker kicking his third.
Walker won the one-on-one against Weitering at the top of the goal square and ran into an open goal.
And now the Crows are going in for the kill, with Laird streaming from the centre bounce.
He handballs, and the chip goes sideways to Murphy, who waits, and then finds Fogarty in the pocket for a set shot. Fogarty’s lining up for his fourth. But he pulls his kick left.

Sub McHenry seals game
McHenry has come into the 22 after Jake Soligo was subbed out, and now he’s in on the act, kicking his first.
Rankine, who has been quiet since his match-opening goal, won a free kick for being legged.
He immediately found McHenry on his own inside-50 for a short chip kick, and McHenry slotted the set shot.

Curnow misses set shot from outside 50
A missed set shot from Curnow, margin back to 31 points, exactly what it was at half-time.
That’s despite the Blues well and truly having more inside-50s and more clearances after quarter-time.

Their efficiency going inside-50 has been poor, compared to the Crows who have taken 15-6 marks inside-50.
There’s now less than nine minutes on the clock.

Fogarty puts dagger into Blues
A pinpoint set shot from Darcy Fogarty is like an arrow into the heart of the Blues.
It’s his third goal. He’s kicked 3.2, Taylor Walker has kicked 2.3 tonight.
Harry McKay and Charlie Curnow have kicked two each.
It’s going to be a long way back from here for the Blues.

Entry goes begging for Blues
Another forward thrust from the Blues.
It started with an intercept mark from Weitering at half-back, who has been quiet tonight.

He kicked long to De Koning at half-forward, who took a specky, and gave the handball to the player running past, who kicked towards McKay deep, one-on-one.
But the Crows did an excellent job to repel, with Pedlar catching Plowman holding the ball at half-back to relieve the pressure.
Crows 13.8 (86), Blues 9.7 (61)
Acres kicks first of Q4
Important goal to start the final term for the Blues.
It’s Blake Acres, on his left foot, getting on the end of a good passage of play to finish.
That was another stoppage goal, with Patty Cripps winning the clearance from a boundary throw in.
Acres has just had another shot, but snapped a behind. Are the Blues coming?
Yes they are! Durdin has just kicked another for the Blues.

3QT: Crows 85, Blues 49
The Crows lead by 36 at three-quarter-time.
It was 38 points at quarter-time, 31 at half-time and now 36 at the final change, showing all the damage was done in the first 30 minutes and the Blues haven’t been able to make any meaningful inroads, despite having seven more inside-50s for the match.
The Blues are now leading the clearances, but it’s centre clearances where the Crows still have the upper hand, with a 13-9 lead.

The Crows have taken 12 marks inside-50 to Carlton’s five. Taylor Walker, Riley Thilthorpe and Darcy Fogarty have been much more dangerous than Charlie Curnow and Harry McKay at the other end.
Ben Keays has kicked three goals, while Jordan Dawson (27 touches) and Rory Laird (30) have been the most damaging midfielders.
3QT: Crows 13.7 (85), Blues 7.7 (49)
Coach killer!
Oh no, Keays has kicked his third, but it’s a horror moment for Tom De Koning.
The Blues ruckman was on the goal line, trying to touch a Rankine shot at goal.
But instead of conceding a rushed behind, De Koning hit the ball back into play, straight down the throat of Keays, who snaps a smart goal.

And now a centre clearance to the Crows ends in a mark on the lead to Tex Walker.
He’s lining up for his third goal... but he’s pulled it left. He’s kicked 2.3 tonight.
